Instructions
We will have live lecture sessions on Zoom where both the chat functionality and live-interaction time can be used by the attendees to engage with the speakers.
The discussions within the chat and live interactions are meant to stimulate conversation and not create contention. You are requested to refrain from making negative and derogatory comments in these discussions and to maintain the decorum.
Please give due respect to the speakers, support staff, and your fellow participants. You can type queries in the chat at any stage, and moderators are continuously monitoring the chat. During the open interactions (when you are allowed to unmute and speak), please wait for your turn to speak. You may use the ‘Raise hand’ option for this.
It is mandatory to log in to Zoom using your full name as given at the time of registration.
Please do not post commercial or defamatory material in the chat. The Organising Committee reserves the right to remove any such posts and to terminate any such activity that disrupts the continuity of the session and potentially ban sources of the same.
Please log in at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
