We look forward to all authors joining us for ICFHR 2022. Please see below the specific presentation instructions.
- All authors are expected to present live at the conference, either in person or using video conferencing (Zoom) through screen sharing and activating their video for increased interaction and engagement.
- Each talk will be assigned to a specific Oral session. A total of 15 minutes will be allocated for each talk: 12 min for the presentation + 3 min for Q&A.
- Both in-person and virtual attendees will be able to ask/type questions during sessions. The session chair will coordinate the sessions and Q&A.
- All speakers for an oral session must make themselves known to the session chair 15 minutes BEFORE the session begins and also to try out connections.
- You must ensure that your presentation does not exceed 12 minutes. This will give 3 minutes for the session chair and audience to pose questions and have discussions.
- All speakers for an oral session must share their presentations with the session volunteers associated in the room 15 minutes before the session.
- If you are using your own laptop for the offline presentation, please ensure that it is compatible with the projector present in the room before the session. If you are an online presenter, please test the system/connection before the session.
- To avoid compatibility issues, if the presentation does not contain any video and GIF files, please share the presentation in pdf.
- Wi-fi access to the internet will be available in the conference hall.
