Registration Policy

  • Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed an Author Registration before September 23 for the paper to be included and published in the conference or workshop proceedings. One Author Registration covers a maximum of 2 papers by the same author. Note that the presenter of the paper does not need to be the same author who made the Author Registration. Papers that are not presented may be removed from the proceedings.
  • All registrations are comprehensive. i.e., a registrant will have access to all the conference sessions and social events during the conference.
  • If you need additional passes for a social event for anyone else travelling with you, please contact the organizers.
  • Please select the appropriate registration category from above, and make the payment for the corresponding Total Amount.

Payment

The following options are available for payment:

  • Only Credit Card payments will be accepted. (only Master Card and VISA card)
  • Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

IAPR member

To qualify for the IAPR Member rate, registrants need to identify the relevant association and email the IAPR Membership ID to us after the registration is completed.

Student

Full-time university students of all levels of university degrees are eligible to register at the student rate. A copy of your student ID card OR an official certificate of your student status must be emailed to us after the registration is completed. Without this, the full non-member rate will be charged.
