The Missing American Voice in International HR Research — A Program Committee Perspective
Fewer than one in ten submissions to ICFHR 2022 came from US-based institutions. The Program Committee argues this gap weakens the global evidence base — and that American scholars and practitioners have as much to learn from the world as it has to learn from them.
